Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Deliver content in line with the Company’s corporate reputation and marketing and communications strategy. Work with the relevant personnel on business unit content planning, sourcing and creation to ensure that content meets business unit requirements, is delivered in a timely and effective manner and is compelling and appealing to target audiences. Design measurement plans and conduct regular content reviews and analysis with the Digital Marketing Manager and the relevant business marketing personnel to ensure content performance is in line with objectives and implement a process of continual improvement. Reviews and analysis will include content audits, competitor and benchmark analysis, best practice content audit, social media and Google Analytics. Optimise content with SEO in mind, to achieve best possible content performance andhighest possible rankings in search engines and to ensure high levels of traffic to websites. Work with Digital Marketing Manager on SEM planning and implementation to meet business needs. Follow the Company's guidelines for content design and ensure that content guidelines are adhered to across the organisation. Review and update guidelines as required. Play a proactive role as part of the wider Marketing and Communications team, in the delivery of the Company's Marketing and Communications strategy. Proactively participate in the Performance Management process to ensure delivery of own, and the wider team's objectives. Education and Skills required: Degree in marketing, communications or related discipline desirable. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience with digital media and analytical packages, CMS, content generation, SEO and SEM.
