Our Cork based client are currently on the lookout for a Security Engineer with experience in Endpoint Security. More details can be disclosed on the phone. Among main responsibilities, the list includes: - Design, implementation and configuration of endpoint protection tools for threat detection and prevention. - Providing strong Endpoint Security Technology Subject Matter Expertise (SME) & Support to Security Operations Center (SOC. - Providing support and collaboration with other departments and professionals in the company, such as: security architecture, identity and access management (IAM), application security, and security software. - Management of Endpoint Cybersecurity, IT Risk & Compliance programs, also guiding more junior professionals over needed & providing technical support. What will you need? - 5+ years' IT Experience including. - Previous experience in a team lead/senior/management position. Technical requirements: - Previous 4+ years experience in Cybersecurity and risk/threat management. - Very strong hands-on experience with Endpoint Security tools (Tanium, Action1, SecDo, 1E Tachyon, Barricade, BigFix, Symantec, SentinelOne, or other EPP technology.
