FULL TIME Permanent Trainee TEMPS Consultant – Agency. Good organization skills, confidence on the phone and in person, able to handle queries and questions with ease, excellent pc skills, like to learn new systems, get a buzz out of multi-tasking, positive can do kinda person– does this sound like you? Three Q TEMP’s is an employment, temping and recruitment agency in Dublin 1 and we are recruiting a Trainee Temp Consultant to join our team and we want to hear from you. This is a great opportunity for you to train with and join a well-established company who has strong market position in the niche areas we supply staff too. (We’ve being doing it for nearly 20 years. You will play a key role in Three Q Quality standards and service delivery as you are the clients first point of contact with the company – long before they meet our TEMPS, you are the person they will come to know. About the job: • Client & Hours Management & Development - responding quickly to client's temp hours and recruitment needs as well as building strong ongoing working relationships. Updating clients on all available temps & introducing new temps to on-going contracts. • TEMP’s Management & Development – Recruiting and matching the right TEMPS with the right clients to ensure maximum hours are filled. Being the consultant a TEMP worker says yes to when you need emergency cover for our clients. • Delivering a Quality Service – Compliance with regulatory standards, client compliance - driving the highest quality standards ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures. Skills Required: • 2 years experience in office administration, customer service or sales. • Excellent PC Skills & an aptitude for learning new systems and processes. • Incredible communication skills –spoken & written. • Negotiation Skills – getting a yes from clients & TEMPS on a daily basis.
