Temp Office Administrator (Part-Time) - Immediate Start. Location: Dublin North. Salary: €12-15ph DOE. 20 hours per week until the end of August (3 full days or 5 half days. Responsibilities: Finance: Manages all our client's invoicing activity and all activities related to creditors and debtors. Participant and programme management for our client's programmes: Website updates. Venue management – mainly off-site. QQI certification co-ordination and management. All Moodle “Learning Hub” set up and administration. All Adobe set up and administration. Administration: Direct sales administration support for our client's campaign manager. Event administration to support the event campaign manager. Supporting L&D Administrator in general administration activities (proof reading, printing, binding, checking for brand compliance, general office duties. One Team: Supporting other team members in their activities on a weekly basis. Engages and contributes to our client's One Team values. Skills Required: 2-3 years administration experience in a busy office. Organised and can manage own time. Attention to detail. Good phone manner. Ability to work on own initiative. Good team player.
