Our client, a well-known speciality retail company with operations in 15 countries and over 6000 retail stores worldwide, are seeking an Accounts Payable specialist with German. You will be a member of the Shared Services Accounts Payable team. You will be a part of a very busy team processing a high volume of invoices and vendor queries. You will report directly to the Finance Manager. This is a permanent role. This will give the right candidate an opportunity to work in a very successful well-known business and gain valuable experience in a shared services environment. The Role. As the new German Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be a member the Shared Services Accounts Payable team, processing a high volume of invoices and vendor queries. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and your key responsibilities will include: Analysing store and general office expenses. Developing, reporting and using analysis tools in order to identify problem expenses. Developing forecasting tools in order to project future expense levels based upon changes in operating conditions. Identifying areas of opportunity that through change can result in time savings, complexity reductions, reduced expenses, and or cost. Looking at reduced losses and develop solutions to realise these benefits. Archiving/coding of invoices. The Person. The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist must be a fluent German speaker and will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will have strong Excel skills and be an analytical problem solver. Navision experience is an advantage. The Benefits. This role is paying €35,000 per year.
