FOOD RETAIL STORE MANAGER CO. DUBLIN SUBURBS. €45,000-50,000 bonus & company benefits. We are looking for a Food Retail Manager with a background managing busy branded symbol shops, or retail catering operations for this successful company owned store. You will open and close the business, manage stock, train new staff, control costs & budgets, drive sales, and be responsible for delivering excellent customer service. A massive bonus is that you will work day shifts only and the store is going places. ROLE - FOOD RETAIL STORE MANAGER. As the Store Manager you will oversee every aspect of the business: " Train, develop, and inspire your team. " Order and control stock. " Serve food & beverages. " Drive sales through up-selling and merchandising. " Deliver consistently exceptional customer service. " Maintain company systems & procedures. " Cashing up and banking. " Food quality checking. " Health & Safety. " HACCP Recording & Food Safety. ATTRIBUTES - FOOD RETAIL STORE MANAGER. " Experience as 3 -5 years as a Store Manager in symbol food store or retail catering operations. " Must have Fresh Food Experience as in Grab and Go Counters, Deli, Coffee Offerings etc. " Excellent people, communication, and man-management skills. " Financial acumen - controlling costs, labour and P & L accounts. " Staff recruitment, training, and development. " Stock management. " Passion and drive to succeed. " An outgoing and positive personality and attitude. " Fresh Food retailing/catering is prerequisite. " Own car is essential for this role.
