They are now looking for a Project Management Solution Consultant to join their team.Fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, our client offers the chance to work with a diverse customer base and help to drive the success of their software offering. As the Project Management Solution Consultant, you’ll support the successful deployment of solutions to new customers while providing a world-class service to existing customers. Specifically, you will: - Ensure the successful implementation, deployment and configuration of projects - Act as a project management consultant for all customer-related matters - Identify and follow-up on opportunities for customer expansion - Obtain customer testimonials and customer satisfaction survey data - Occasionally facilitate the sales process via pre-sales product support, requirements scoping and webinarsTo be considered, you’ll need: - At least five years’ proven consultancy or account management experience within the software industry - A track record of working closely with customers to deploy software solutions - Experience of managing multiple projects- Project management training or experience- Microsoft SharePoint experience   - A Bachelor’s degree in technology, business or a related discipline As the Project Management Solution Consultant, you’ll have communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
