BAR SUPERVISOR/FLOOR MANAGER - DUBAI-UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. We are currently looking to recruit a Bar Supervisor to work in an exciting, full time, permanent role in a plush up market venue in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are looking for a driven supervisor with a similar background within the 5* Hotel/ Plush Venue/Bar hospitality sector. You would be reporting to the General Manager and your role will be to assist in the daily operation of the business, to achieve maximum sales and profit by having motivated and skilled staff who deliver a great customer experience. As the Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include: " Leading positively by example. " Recruiting, training and developing your team to achieve their personal best and exceed customer expectations. " Setting targets with clear standards and time scales. " To actively market and promote your business. " To develop your business by continually seeking opportunities to increase sales. " To improve service by anticipating changes and planning accordingly. " To assist in controlling the financial performance of the business and achieving agreed margins. Prerequisites: " Must Have High end 4*/5* Hotel or Club/Venue Experience at upper Level. " Thorough Knowledge of all Beverages. " Proficient in Cocktail Making from all Fresh produce and Funky Garnishes. " Must be young, ambitious and very outgoing. " Must have the desire to travel as well as work hard. " Can work 6 days if required. " Is available for immediate Skype interview. Position is open to Male Candidates Only. Salary: 8000-12000 SAR per Month Tips, Plus Accommodation Annual Return Flights Home Healthcare ( Equivalent to €1800-2800 TAX FREE PER MONTH- all expenses paid.
