This person will have exact standards, attention to details and love the numerical/analytical side of the business. " You're someone who is pro-active, analytical and decisive. " You have a commercial sense, are creative and you are a good team worker. " You have a sense of responsibility and have a basic knowledge of revenue management principles. " You are interested in online distribution and data analysis and you are strong with Excel. " You are flexible, a good communicator and ready for a great opportunity to enhance your career. The candidate will be given full training and support from the Senior Management team. Additional training supports will be looked at. " Apply a healthy market segmentation for the hotel. " Assist with budgeting and develop a forecasting model adapted to the market segments. " Increase revenue by stimulating demand and use existing demand for the destination. " Push forward the hotel on potential distribution channels to enlarge the demand. " Optimize direct sales and distribution via website and phone. " Structure the pricing management.
