Our Client based in Co. Tipperary requires a temporary full-time Clerical Officer. Duties will include. High levels of word processing and secretarial service. Recording and maintaining follow-up in relation to correspondence, meetings, telephone conversations etc. Sourcing material and draft replies to correspondence and requests for Information. Processing documentation in a confidential manner. Setting up and maintaining Excel and Access databases and preparing PowerPoint presentations. The successful candidate will Have extensive experience in points listed above. Be able to demonstrate ability, initiative and flexibility in previous position. Show enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and develop. Have knowledge of Excel, Access and PowerPoint packages. Display great verbal communication skills. Be able to work as part of a team. Be discreet and tactful and a good organiser. Have a high level of spoken and written English.
