Description

Our Client based in Waterford City requires a temporary full-time Clerical Officer. This is a 6 month fixed term contract, with the possibility of an extension and a 37 hour working week. Responsibilities. Processing & payment of payroll via relevant systems to agreed timetables, & distribution of all relevant outputs/reports. Dealing with payroll queries & liaison with internal/ external stakeholders. Data input and preparation for input to accounting systems. Completing payroll related forms as required. Contribute to new initiatives and participate in project teams. Manage any related audit and reporting duties as required. Other related duties as may be assigned from time to time. Requirements. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work to deadlines with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent team working-skills. Previous Administration experience essential. Accounts/Payroll background preferable. Must be available for an immediate start.
