We are recruiting a Temporary Administrator/Receptionist for a Distribution company based in the Dublin North area- Finglas , this role will start on Monday 18th June and run for a min of a 2-3 week period. Duties will include: Answering calls- dealing with queries and passing sales calls to Sales Advisors. Importing prices onto the inhouse system. Sending out invoices. General admin support. post.
