Advancement Opportunity's. About the Job: To ensure all reception and night team members are able to carry out their duties to the standards as laid down in the standard of performance manuals. As Front Office Manager you will be expected to assist with staffing,rostering and recruitment. Responsible for the Management and motivating a team of staff. Responsible for checking guests in and out using a reservation system. Responsible for dealing with customer's requests and complaints quickly and efficiently. To constantly liaise with the housekeeping department to ensure all guest requests are attended to. Answering e-mails and using other computer programmes such as Microsoft office. Job Requirments: Experienced using Opera Front Office System. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team. Enthusiastic attitude and a great team player.
