Our client isone of the leading banking providers in Ireland servicing a broad range ofcommercial and corporate clients. THE ROLE:CASE MANAGER- ARREARSCase Manager– Arrears. Part of the Arrears Team, you will provide appropriate credit restructuring solutions to customers across Personal, SME, Corporate and other Sectors, supporting customers in financial difficulty. The role will involve credit management responsibilities on restructured portfolios, accentuating credit and relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities. Provision of service excellence, relationship management to a portfolio of customers across a number of sectors. Restructure and management of restructured portfolios. Lending and Credit Analysis – analyse credit and risk implications of credit proposals, making informed lending decisions to benefit the business. Working closely with internal and external teams. Support team members and work collaboratively to develop division. Key Requirements. 5-10years’ lending / restructuring/ arrears experience. Accountant with Banking experinece. Relationship management experience. Ability to work on own initiative and efficiently as part of a dynamic team. Competencies include efficiencies in prioritising, planning, goal-setting and results achievement, consistency, reliability and collaboration. The ability to allocate case loads to Credit Analysts and ensure cases are managed. Desirable: QFA. Essential: APA Loans or Consumer Credit. Minimum educational requirement: 5 passes in Leaving Certificate, including pass in English and Maths.
