Credit Analyst. As part of the team supporting customers and clients in difficulty, you will have responsibility for the management of a dedicated portfolio across personal and commercial, working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to provide appropriate credit restructuring solutions to our customer base. FSG plays a pivotal role in supporting customers in financial difficulty and providing them with sustainable solutions. Requirements: Engage and negotiatewith customers, on the phone and in face to face meetingsto deliver the optimum solution for both the customer and the bank. Providing and agreeing sustainable long term solutions. Ensure adherence to the Bank’s credit policies and procedures in relation to control, compliance and risk mitigation. Strict compliance with both the process and procedures governing all legislation and regulatory codes e.g. CCMA, MARP, CPC. Achieve KPI's which will include both restructuring and management of restructured portfolio of customers. Deal effectively with complex credit cases demonstrating sound commercial judgement. Requirements: QFA qualification or APA in Loans and Regulation required at a minimum. Up to date working knowledge of CCMA & MARP. 2 - 3 years’ experience in banking dealing with and assessing customers in financial difficulty. Prior experience in credit underwriting, restructuring and debt management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Lending & Credit Analysis:Analyse the credit and risk implications of credit proposals and make well-informed lending decisions to support our customers in financial difficulty. Customer Relationship Management:Engaging the Customer and adding value. Results Focus:achieving results resiliently.
