Part - Time Office Manager - Temporary Contract - Cork City. Cpl are currently recruiting an experienced Office Manager for a temporary position based in Cork City. This role will ideally suit a candidate that is flexible and available for short term contracts. Competitive salary on offer. Duties & Responsibilities. Answering the telephone. Managing the office budgets. Maintaining all office stationery & managing orders. Care of all postal requirements. Managing invoicing. All other Ad hoc administration requests as required. Skills Required. Previous experience in a similar environment. Attention to detail is key. Proficient in MS Suite & Excel in particular. Flexible & Adaptable.
