They are currently looking for a Manufacturing Shift Leader to be based at their facility in the West of Ireland. Focused on the area of API Manufacturing, this is a leadership role with a team of up to 8 direct reports, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager for the area. The site has recently gone through a multi-million-dollar expansion and our client is looking for a driven leader to ensure the manufacturing plan is delivered across the API division. There are multiple new product launches planned over the next 12 months, and you will be supporting this from a manufacturing point of view, not only ensuring product quality is at its highest level, but also that yield and turnaround times are adhered to and are continuously improving. The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience, with previous experience in an API or biologics facility. A Science or Engineering degree is required. This is a permanent position that offers the possibility of rapid career expansion. There is also an attractive salary on offer, with generous shift allowance, bonus and benefits.
