The Role: You will be required to assist customers in the purchase of a large range of bathroom and tile products. You will use your extensive product knowledge and excellent negotiation skills to help grow your sales within the store. Responsibilities: Understanding the customer, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. You will be working on both domestic and commercial clients, in a busy and vibrant showroom. Building and developing strong relationships with builders, contractors and the general public. Consultative sales; providing advice, information and quotations, ensuring maximum level of sales. Keeping customers up to date on deliveries and orders. Stock control & management; using your initiative to monitor and replenish stock. Requirements. Minimum 2 years showroom sales experience in either tiles, kitchen or bathroom sales. Excellent customer service skills. A strong track record of reaching sales targets and KPI's.
