This leading global manufacturing organisation with over 350 employees is seeking a HR Leader for their expanding operations in the South East of Ireland. Reporting to the Site Director with a secondary reporting line to the HR Director for UK and Ireland, this role requires ambition, strategic thinking with the ability to flex to suit this agile and dynamic organisation. Having just been honored with an award for their wellbeing programme, they are seeking an accomplished HR Leader who can maximise performance whilst ensuring the wellbeing of their people. The Role. You will be responsible for 4 directs reports ensuring their personal and professional growth is nurtured. Sitting on the SLT you will drive the people agenda and support and own all aspects of HR. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for learning and development, CSR, Occupational Health, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity, Wellbeing, leadership development, Succession Planning, Talent Acquisition, Change Management. As this is a matrixed and collaborative organisation you will be required to represent the organisation at regional and European led projects as well as providing detailed analytical reporting for these teams. This is regulated environment who is best in class and as a result is a highly audited site both internally and externally. You will ensure full support and adherence for all audits ensuring that all requirements from HR meet and exceed standard expectations. You will have the opportunity to drive and shape innovative initiatives that you see will best meet the needs of the business and its people. Recent programs driven by this site include a Wellbeing Program and a Behavioural development program. You will have the opportunity to travel within Europe to support key projects that you are leading or partaking in. Influencing is key for this role and you will be the HR leader in driving change. The Person. You will hold 10 years plus HR experience, with 3-4 years' experience in senior leadership and have CIPD or similar qualification. You will be ambitious and have drive to progress your career further. You will be flexible to travel at least 2 days per month within Europe. HR Project management experience is required, coupled with HR leadership within a matrixed organisation, ideally within manufacturing. ER expertise is essential and ideally, you will have moved an organisation towards a culture of Employee Engagement. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a diverse and agile environment and have the ability to manage a high volume workload. The Reward.
