My client, a growing pharmaceutical company in South Dublin, has an immediate opportunity available for a Payroll Assistant. You will be responsible for assisting with both the monthly and weekly payroll for the companys Dublin and UK operations, along with third-party deductions, pensions and HMRC administration duties. Responsibilities include: Monthly Payroll for Dublin and UK operations. Weekly Payroll for Dublin. Administer Third Party Deductions such as healthcare, travel pass, bike to work scheme, unions, social club, etc. Administration and calculation for pensions and handling queries from employees regarding pension. Revenue On-Line Service [ROS] Administration such as monthly P30s, annual P35s and P45s for new starters. HMRC Administration including annual P11D submissions, quarterly P46 submissions and annual PSA submissions. Providing GL upload files to Finance Department. Weekly management reports. Liaising with HR Department in relation to employee information for joiners, leavers and amendments. Respond to all payroll queries as they arise. Other ad hoc tasks as required to ensure the accuracy of the accounts and the efficient running of the company. Desirable experience & qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) or have a Diploma in Payroll Management. Strong analytical skills. Strong MS Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word. Strong administration and organisational skills. Ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines. Proven ability to identify and resolve problems using a team based approach.
