This is part of a deluxe hotel property and is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager that is hands on, works the floor, and can supervise a large team. This is busy establishment with some days during summer over 500 covers. The Role - Assistant Bar Manager. You will oversee all operational Management duties of the bar & food service. Ensuring the highest standards of drinks and food service from your service staff. To deliver the very best in stylish service while driving sales. Your role will be to uphold all company standards, delivering the best service while creating an exciting exclusive atmosphere. You will work alongside your Bar Manager & GM maintaining the companies leading position and securing your own units pole position. This is a hands on role while managing a small team. Has great knowledge of Food and Drinks. Is very professionally presented. Can work 5/7 days. The Person - Assistant Bar Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Bar Manager with supervisory or management experience gained from with hotels at 4*/5* level and upmarket Bars/Clubs .Personality is the big focus here, so an outgoing engaging manager is required for their locals and international visitors. You will be required to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will not be scared of hard graft and long hours. Cocktails, Craft Beers & Whiskey knowledge is required for this role. We are only interested in candidates who have run busy hotel operations at 4*/5* level or superior bars with quality drinks driven units. You will have experience of managing and motivating small team delivery constantly high standards. Food service experience is required and is a big part of this role.
