The ideal candidate will be a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie who is searching for a new challenge working as part of a small team delivering exceptional food in a busy golf course in Co. Wicklow. A broad knowledge of cookery styles will be a benefit to the successful individual working under an excellent Head Chef.
