Overall purpose. To assist the managment team in creating a great working environment that enthuses motivated and trains staff to deliver a warm, fun, genuine and memorable experience to our customers, this in return delivers maximum sales and profit. To deputise in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring all shifts are operated according to the company's standards. Areas of influence. TheAssistant Manager has the opportunity to influence the performance of their restaurant. They should support the General Manager in ensuring that all four areas of people, product, place, performance and delivered to a high standard. Key Responsibilities. People. To assist in building the team spirit of your restaurant family maintaining a healthy and enjoyable environment for our staff. To support the recruitment, train and continuously develop your team to achieve their personal best and deliver a great customer experience.
