Our client, a company in Galway is currently looking to recruit an Advanced Development Project Manager for Their Site. Mission. The Advanced Development Project Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of Data projects. The successful applicant will lead and coordinate all activities related to Scene catalogue collection, annotation & associated test vehicles & tooling. Responsibilities. Manage Project team members and organisation. Manage Project scope, timing, risk & quality. Manage investments and development costs. Provide regular reporting on progress and risks. Estimation and planning of resource needs and development workload. Alignment with other projects in the same program. Support departmental leaders and process adherence. Stakeholder & Team Management. Daily management of project team. Ensuring stakeholders are coordinated to achieve project objectives. Aligns deliveries and manages project delivery by phase. Co-ordinates customers (internal/external) engagement to ensure inter-dependencies are managed. Co-ordinates suppliers to ensure alignment on deliveries. Project Execution. Drives full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout. Ensure robust project execution in line with the project’s targets. Deliver projects deliveries on time, within scope and on budget. Ensures project processes and standards are followed. Contributing to process development as required. Weekly (Department) and Monthly (Product Line) status reporting. Planning, scheduling and budgeting. Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipment`s and investments. Establish breakdown of the activities to meet the milestones and a have a good understanding of the required resources needed to deliver project. Preparation, tracking and management of project budgets. Qualifications. Minimum Degree in Computer science or a related area. Professional Experience. Min 2 years in a relevant project leadingcoordinatingmanagement role. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and focus on results. Fluent knowledge of English. Ability to manage projects across multiple timezones / cross-cultural cooperation. Proven ability to deliver on time and within budget. Good team player with proven leadership ability.
