My client is looking for someone who can act as the Company’s first point of contact when it comes to advising customers on the company as well as what products and services are onoffer, face to face, over the phone and on emails. This is a varied and challenging role but will suit someone who is coming from a similar senior admin or receptionrole who is looking for their next challenge. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails and internet queries. Identify and assess the customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Field the calls for the relevant reps. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Use of Purchase order sheets, Factory reports etc. Process all customer queries. Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in customer support or reception. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Strong email communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
