Responsibilities. Record keeping for all company activities to include – projects, safety, regulatory requirements, etc. Participate in the development of and then implement the company’s systems & processes for work practice. Create new system procedures to ensure efficiency and time saving. Liaise between customer service and other functions to ensure that maximum efficiencies and customer satisfaction are maintained. Identify and solve a range of organizational and operational problems. Participate effectively in meetings to discuss and analyse current metrics and target objectives, provide suggestionsand promptly implement. Develop, implement, maintain and monitor adherence to include Policies, Procedures and Monitoring Plan. Ensure resolution of more complex data, process and system issues. Work to committed response times and have the ability to manage one’s own workload within a busy office environment. Work as part of a team keeping open communication with internal staff. Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained with both the quality and timeliness of deliverables produced. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interfaces. General Office Administration Duties. Requirements. Diploma in Business or related discipline. Should possess very strong organisation skills and time planning with the ability to prioritise key activities. Proven IT skills with Microsoft Word and Excel. The candidate should have a confident personality, with an enthusiastic attitude, good listening skills and with a can do attitude. Should also have strong attention to detail and be a natural self-starter. Have the ability to both thrive and enjoy a busy work environment.
