Role: Publisher Monetization Specialist. Duration: ASAP for an 11 Month Assignment. Location: Dublin. Language: English AND 2 of the following: Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, Salary: €16.71 p/hr (that’s a pro rata of €34756 p/a) + free canteen, gym, pool, pro rata of 25 days holidays, discounted healthcare, travel to work scheme. As a Publisher Monetization Specialist you’ll be part of a dynamic, fast paced and target driven sales team and will be focused on building trusted relationships with new clients, understanding their business needs and proposing the optimal company monetization solution to increase their earnings. You'll work in a phone based environment, where you'll interact with customers via calls, email and other mediums as well. **Responsibilities: Prospect and onboard new clients and react to inbound customer requests, as well as working to grow newly acquired accounts through a range of optimizations. Analyze and identify high potential prospect publishers and developers and bring them on board through range of the company monetization products. ● Develop sales pitch strategies that optimise the market potential. ● Provide the ultimate in client service by giving potential new customers the attention they need and deserve. ● Review and contact churned EMEA accounts from the current year. ● Build trusted, strategic relationships with partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges. ● Add value to our partners' business by proposing the optimal Google monetization solution. ● Analyze data, trends, and account performance to develop account optimization plans. for publishers. ● Report to project lead the work progress on a regular basis. **Minimum Qualifications: ● Bachelor degree. ● Online or offline sales experience. ● Strong verbal & written communication, and attention to detail: you have the ability to hold a confident and controlled conversation. ● Track record of strong performance and commitment to exceed sales targets, and ability to work under pressure. Track record in Telemarketing/ Customer care / Inside Sales. ● Highly motivated, energetic, you're a self starter. Extremely proactive, organised, responsible, and ability to work well with a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions over the telephone to high-end prospect.
