We currently have an Internship to offer a Graduate in Quality or Science or a related discipline for a role based at the LotusWorks HQ here in Sligo. This is a fixed-term contract for 6-9 months. This is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career within Quality. You will report to the Quality Engineer. Responsibilities. Follow up with closure of internal audits and supplier audits. Including spot-checks not listed on the Audit schedule. Follow up with outstanding EHSQ documents for approval on Q-Pulse Document management system. Assist with making changes to controlled documentation which will action open change requests. Help prepare for Customer audits, external audits and internal audits. Gathering data for monthly meetings/ scorecards etc. CAPA investigation and assist in follow up. General Administration – research, Compiling PR’s, data/ info for company newsletter. Knowledge on how to maintain the integrated management system (Environmental. Health & Safety and Quality. Requirements. Degree in Quality, Science or a related discipline. Strong interest in Environmental. Health & Safety and Quality. Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel. Good reporting abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
