We are currently recruiting for an IT & Web Administrator in our Ashbourne office. PLEASE NOTE: This is a new entry level role and we are seeking an ambitious candidate with initiative. Skills & Qualifications: • 3rd Level Qualification in IT related subject. • Experience with CMS based systems such as WordPress, Joomla or similar. • Awareness of website development technologies including HTML, Java Script & CSS. • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Digital Photography. • Familiarity with SQL and Database concepts. • Understanding of ERP & ePos applications and In depth proficiency in MS Excel is essential. • Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues effectively, including; servers, desktops, printers, network and VoIP devices. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task with high attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must have own car. Knowledge of Visual Basic and /or C# and working with Visual Studio, while not a requirement would be an advantage. Main Duties: • Assisting the Operations Manager in the IT role. • Responsible for administration of internet & intranet sites; using WordPress, nopCommerce and SharePoint technologies. • Sourcing product imagery from suppliers & where necessary taking product shots for website. • Internal Hardware & Software Support & Troubleshooting. • Liaising with 3rd party support contacts for advanced troubleshooting. • Maintaining Contacts Database, Support Ticketing and 3CX telephone systems. • Designing and maintaining internal BI reports using Intact IQ and SSRS.
