What you need to know. You will work as a Part Time Office Admin for our client in Waterford. The working hours are 1pm – 5.30pm Monday Wednesday and Friday. This is a 6 month contract. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Answering incoming calls. General administrative duties such as scanning and filing. Data input using excel. What are we looking for? Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Microsoft Office skills are essential, in particular Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAGE is a distinct advantage. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and possess the ability to complete multiple tasks to a high standard. Good communication skills and phone manner. Strong attention to detail.
