The Role: This position is accountable for the following areas: Customer service managing Casino Operations standards, policies, and procedures. Managing and training staff along with efficient upkeep of all back office systems and Office procedures. Setting the proper example for staff in terms of professionalism, attitude, and teamwork in the areas of customer service and casino operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Extremely high standard of customer service. Effectively prioritizing and organizing tasks and staff duties. Accurate and effective completion of all paper work, daily report and purchases. Auditing and completing of casino payroll records. Vendor control and invoice handling. Management of IT systems and back office procedures. HR Management of staff to include appraisals and performance reviews. Casino safety. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Ability to assist in meeting Casino performance goals. Ability to maintain above acceptable operational standards. Ability to assist in reporting and maintaining accurate records. Ability to assist all staff with their duties or customers when necessary. Ability to ensure the highest level of customer service at all times. Ability to provide planning, leadership, organization, and insure follow-ups in all areas of casino control. REQUIREMENTS. At least 2 years’ experience at management level in either casino/arcade, retail or hospitality. Strong HR and staff management experience – must have managed teams in the past. Strong IT ability, particularly with complex back office systems, Microsoft Office suite and other applications. Experience with high level customer service. Must have worked in a customer facing role. Experience hiring and training staff along with carrying out appraisals. APPLY.
