Our Client, a leading Transport Company, based in Rathcoole now have a requirement for a Goods in/Goods out clerk. Primary Responsibility. Maintain yard and department tidiness/recycle the cardboard, Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded, A small amount of PC work, to transfer the stock between bin locations (training provided), Assemble boxes, Notify relevant Department of any damaged goods received and place in the Quarantine section, awaiting further instruction, Physical movement of stock from the Goods In area to the warehouse and/or packing and putting away stock onto the shelves, Shelf replenishment; take from pallet bin locations, replenish shelf and then put the balance back in pallet bin location; Packing goods into boxes; To check goods in against delivery notes for accuracy and damages; Load and unload trucks and vans in line with H&S procedures; Move goods to relevant departments using pallets trucks and electric ride on trucks; Notify the relevant Department via the Delivery Note of any short shipments/mis-picks; Knowledge and skills. 1-2 years experience required, Experience in manual handling and Goods In/Out required, Ability to prioritise workload, Flexible and trustworthy, Driving licence advantageous but not essential, Heavy lifting, Ability to work to procedures, Good communicator, PPT licence essential, Counterbalance truck licence an advantage, Attention to detail, PC literate with good administration skills, Terms: Full-time Temporary work. Package : €Neg (DOE. Hours of work: Swing Shift position. (6:00am - 2:00pm) & (2:00pm - 10:00pm.
