Overall purpose: As General Manager, you’ll take full accountability for your restaurant, your team members, setting the restaurant’s agenda, fulfilling the plan and ultimately growing business performance. About you. You’ll have general management experience from a hospitality, retail or leisure background. You’ll have bucket-loads of passion and energy to inspire, lead and develop your team. Desire to drive sales and use your personality to network with local businesses and make our customers feel like the restaurant is their home from home.
