Assistant Restaurant Manager-€30,000-€32,000(DOE)-1 year previous management experience in a 4* star or 5* star hotel. Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager. Location: Dublin City Centre. Salary: €30,000-€32,000(DOE. Facility: Hotel. Benefits: Pension. Primarily Daytime hours covering lunch/dinner Shifts. Uniform. About the Job: You will be expected to Assist the Restaurant Manager in provididng the highest level of customer service with a positive and professional attitude. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be expected to oversee training needs, inventory control, supply orders, and other logistical responsibilities. You will be expected to ensure HACCP compliance. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be familiar with the menu and knowledgable of hotel booked events. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will supervise dining room and provide continuous training to ensure high quality guest service. Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year previous restaurant management experience in a 4* or 5* star hotel. WSET qualification level 2 is desired but not essential. You will be expected to have excellent culinary and beverage knowledge. Must be a self-motivator, be focussed on team development and have excellent communication skills.
