Desktop Support Analyst required for leader in the financial services sector. Enterprise People are currently seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for a leading Dublin City Centre based client. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Desktop Support Analyst will work with other team members resolving IT issues and implementing new technologies in a fast-paced financial services environment. The Desktop Support Analyst will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to IT inquiries concerning system software and applications. Work with the team, resolve as many support requests as possible. Provide Hardware Support (Laptops, Printers, Phones etc. Provide technical support on bespoke applications (full training provided. Follow issues through to completion to ensure resolution. Work on planned projects and upgrades. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: An IT Qualification. 4+ Years’ Desktop Support (Win 7/10) experience. Strong MS Applications support experience. Phone Support experience (i-Phone / Android. Microsoft Certification a plus. Ability to work on your own or as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
