Production Support Executive - Dublin South. You will drive continuous improvement through structured problem solving and investigate problems to identify the root cause, then implement appropriate countermeasures to prevent recurrence working within a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. You willliaise closely with the Production Business Units, Technical Support groups and with the Quality, Technical Services and Logistics functions. Requirements: Third level degree in Process Engineering,or Microbiology or Pharmacy or similar disipline. 5 years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or food production industry. Lean six sigma certified to a Green belt level or higher. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical GMP is essential. Knowledge of bulk production, filling and packaging processes and techniques would be an advantage. A strong understanding of cGMP’s and foster a right first time approach. Demonstrated capabilities in problem solving through LEAN methodologies. Demonstrated capabilities in developing and implementing continuous improvement action plans.
